We provide revisions based upon the package you select. Upgrade your package and get unlimited free revisions, without any additional charges or concept changes. The revision turnaround time is 48-72 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT):

Logo Design Lab has 48-72 hours turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Depending on the kind of service the time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours; this time means 2 working days, For example:

  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by end of day Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Logo Design Lab cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than you breach the contract or negligence from our team. Furthermore, services not related to design services, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered under our 100% money back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a Package Deal of any kind, they cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples of such services are as follows:

  • Trademark or any Legal assistance.
  • Website SSL Certificates.

How to claim your refund

We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design (number of revisions will be according to your package).

Delivery Policy:

The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.

The turnaround time (TAT) will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 3 business days.

Once the project has been done, all customer can send an email to their account manager that you are happy with the work and would like to have a full rights on the design. Once it is done, your account manager will send you the required files or formats as per your package.

Design Ownership & Rights:

Once your design is final then we will transfer you all the files and can also assist you for copyrights, patents, trademark or any legal assistance.

Content Population

Logo Design Lab will not be responsible for populating content (e.g. text/images or anything) into the website, unless purchased exclusively otherwise. In which case:

  • Logo Design Lab will populate the website with content created for the client
  • The content/text for the website will be created specifically for the customer’s website.
  • Logo Design Lab will populate the website with images.
  • Logo Design Lab will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites.
  • Images will be purchased upon approval from the client.
  • Logo Design Lab will not be responsible in any way shape or form, for any similarities between images used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites.
  • Logo Design Lab will populate the website with products and product details.
  • Product images and product details will be provided by the client.

Data Security:

Logo Design Lab does not share customer information regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client’s personal and project information is kept confidential at all points.

Once the project is completed successfully, both, Logo Design Lab and the customer agree not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage the other concerning matters arising after project completion.

If in any case customer will try to defame our brand in any platform or blog or etc then customer will be facing legal consequences and will be fine US $250,000 for any lost or damage happened because of that.

Record Maintenance:

Logo Design Lab keeps the records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided the exact file. In addition to that, your data will not be shared to any third party.

Customer Support:

Our Customer Support Team is present in the office Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to answer all of your concerns and queries over the phone or email. All other queries after business hours need to be emailed through the Team Works Account section by the customer and will be picked up the next working day.

Technical Support Policy:

Logo Design Lab is primarily a design agency. We will design and develop the services that the client needs. Logo Design Lab will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services works. Logo Design Lab will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer’s end. Such services may include but not limited to:

Logo Design Lab will provide technical support to the customer if:

  • Website Development. (If it is designed by Logo Design Lab)
  • The hosting Service provided by Logo Design Lab to the client. If there are any issues (intentionally or unintentionally) done by the customer then we will not entertain that request and will charge the customer to fix that issue.

Logo Design Lab will NOT provide technical support to the customer if:

  • If the Website is not developed by Logo Design Lab.
  • A Hosting server provided by the customer.
  • In the event the website is hosted on third party web server purchased by the customer, Logo Design Lab will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues.
  • Any API provided by the customer will not get any technical support.
  • Any AI provided by the customer will not get any technical support.
  • Anything provided by the customer will not get any technical support.

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between client and Logo Design Lab in terms of technical assistance or service outage, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)

Logo Design Lab will not provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).

Logo Design Lab will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System).

Once the project is finished and live then Logo Design Lab will not upload or remove any content or amend anything requested by the customer.

Emails Setup:

Logo Design Lab will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.

Logo Design Lab will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.

Logo Design Lab will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.

Logo Design Lab will not be held responsible in any way for customer’s failure to execute, install or learn the usage of above said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer’s end.
